Les achats online dans le monde: comportement des cyberacheteurs
Une infographie du site Poulpeo nous présente les comportements d’achat des internautes dans 11 pays.
Le contexte
En 2012, le taux de connexion à internet était compris entre 80 et 90 % dans la majeur partie des pays occidentaux, exception faite de l’Italie qui accuse un retard important (53%). La Chine (42%) et l’Inde (13%) ont un potentiel de croissance significatif.
Déclencheur d’achat en ligne
Dans le monde, les cyberacheteurs privilégient les bonnes affaires (réductions, remises ou soldes influencent les acheteurs dans 51% des cas). Le facteur prix est plus important en Grande Bretagne, en Australie, et en Allemagne (aux alentours de 60% des cas) mais influe moins en Suède (43%) et en Chine (36%). En revanche, les internautes chinois privilégient les avis des internautes (pour 57% d’entre eux).
L’Italie est le pays où l’on achète le moins en ligne (22% des internautes n’achètent jamais) et la Chine celui où les internautes sont le plus enclins à acheter en ligne. Cela laisse augurer un brillant avenir pour le commerce électronique dans ce pays !
Motivations pour l’achat en ligne
La possibilité de comparer les prix est le facteur numéro 1, devant la possibilité de trouver les produits ou le confort d’achat.
Utilisation des bons de réduction
Pour 43 % des internautes, les coupons permettent d’acheter des produits de marque. 26 % des internautes pensent que ne pas utiliser de coupon revient à dépenser de l’argent, et seuls 5 % des internautes considèrent qu’utiliser un bon de réduction peut s’assimiler à avoir un comportement radin.
